TO OUR PATIENTS: 

Dr Bukowski provides full medical eye care along with refraction and visual analysis. He is licensed

to prescribe oral medication and to treat eye injuries when necessary. Dr Bukowski manages 

diabetic eye disease, manages and treats glaucoma, and co-manages surgical cases.

ABOUT YOUR EYE EXAM: Please be prepared to have your pupils dilated, and allow 60-90

minutes to be at the office for a full-exam. We respect everyone's time as best as we can, however

there are days where patients are added to the schedule for urgent care, or a certain patient needs

extra time that puts us behind schedule. Feel free to text the office number on the day of your

appointment to see if the doctor is running on-time. Earlier appointments usually go faster.

Texting is our preferred media, and you can text our office number to request an appointment or

for any other business. If you cannot communicate by text, let us know and we will arrange to

communicate with you in your preferred media. Phone calls are fine, however very often we

cannot pick up the phone during business hours when we are busy with patients so if you call

please leave a detailed voicemail and someone will get back to you.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT OUR OFFICE:

You may come right in, however MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED IN THE OFFICE AND YOU ARE

RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN. Mask wearing in medical facilities is still state law.
